Refund policy

Return Policy

At Pirla, we take pride in the quality and accuracy of the items we send. We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Eligible Returns:

  • Items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items that are incorrect or different from what was ordered.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos of the item(s) in question.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will either:

    • Send a replacement item, or

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Items returned for reasons other than being faulty or incorrect will not be accepted.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Shipping costs for approved returns must be covered by the customer.

  • Our return period is 14 days.
